Reece - 1 Year

Reece is a close friend of mine, upon finding out I was becoming a personal trainer he was quickly interested in taking the position of my 1st client. He wanted to gain muscle and get stronger but was unsure on what to in the gym and how to get started, fast forward 1 year and he's still going really strong continuing to make great progress and gains putting on a massive 12.7kg between these photos.

Jessica - 8 Months

Jessica came to me as a friend while I was in the process of getting my qualifications, wanting to put on some muscle and get stronger. She is now going to the gym religiously, and continues to grow and progress. These pictures are 8 months apart.

Alex - 10 months

Alex has been training with me for around 10 months wanting to shift some unwanted weight and create for himself a routine and structure, whilst also enjoying the process. He has made massive progress shedding 20kg worth of fat and now strives to get stronger and build muscle.

I always struggled with my weight and still do, but I wish I knew then what I know now. After years of trying out fad diets and improper training trying to find a shortcut, I then decided one day to just buckle in and do it properly I got a PT and he helped me improve and my progress skyrocketed. When I started seeing results I fell in love with the gym and the process, this resulted in me getting my qualifications and wanting to pass on my knowledge and help others like my PT helped me!
