Group Sessions can be up to 3 people locally managed on the gym floor training all towards individually similar goals, Due to being out ratio and sharing focus of the trainer the cost works out cheaper per person, but still providing high quality sessions overall. Book your free consultation now!

  • Tailored group programs to the collective goals with some individual variation
  • Nutrition advice and guidance
  • Group goal planning with individual tweaks
  • Safe lifting and spotting procedure, its important to know how to lift safely and to help and support others to do the same
  • +1 planned day to do when you are not scheduled with me to keep the progression going

Outside Classes

What's better than getting fit and working up a sweat in the fresh English air?

Outdoor classes are usually held weekly Friday mornings at 8am (times and dates may vary). Classes are usually around 1 hour, require no equipment and MUST be booked onto to participate, and paid on the day before the class begins. Feel free to bring friends or loved ones on the day as long as you are booked on, £5 for the hour.
